The Salvation Army make a real difference to Shildon with a food bank, lunch clubs and youth activities amongst other things.  So Henry and I were delighted to be able to access the funds they needed to pay for some vital improvements to the kitchen.  They now have a wonderful new industrial style cooker and fridge – both of which we saw in use when we visited last Thursday.  They are doing an amazing job.
